The Jerusalem mix consists of 14 different spices. The mix made by Yaakub, my friend from the Old City of Jerusalem.
The mixture is great for any dish of chicken, fish, rice, wheat and frikkeh, potatoes, soft cheeses and grilled vegetables. I like to make my famous Israeli schnitzels with it.

Jerusalem Mix 200Gram

  • Keep in a cool, dry place for up to six months. It can be stored in the freezer for another six months.
