Tahini made from roasted sesame seeds ground in a stone mill until thin and becoming an aromatic delicious liquid.

We eat the tahini with...well, everything: meat, chicken, fish, salads or on bread (preferably pita bread). And also in desserts, cakes and cookies.

There is no comparison, no competition - Tahini is the most Israeli product you can find.  I think Tahini is as popular with us as ketchup in America...
